In its eighth installment, JINIS Camp 2024 is set to make a remarkable shift. Traditionally featuring two camps annually, we are excited to announce that starting next year, we will offer three distinct camps, each with its own unique concept. Let's delve into the highlights of each camp:
Camp 1: JINIS Camp International
Dates: June 30th (Sunday) to July 6th (Saturday) - 6 nights, 7 days
Age Group: 1st to 4th grade (As of April 2024)
JINIS Camp International marks our inaugural summer camp conducted exclusively in English. Welcoming participants from around the globe, this camp revolves around Jinseki International School's inquiry-based curriculum, encompassing sports, nature experiences, and immersion in Japanese culture.
Camp 2: JINIS Camp Kids
Dates: July 9th (Tuesday) to July 13th (Saturday)
Age Group: Exclusive to 5-6 years old (Preschool Year)
JINIS Camp Kids, catering specifically to preschoolers, is another first for JINIS Camp. In response to numerous requests for a shorter duration for the Year Preschool participants, we're pleased to introduce this camp. Particularly beneficial for those considering enrollment at JINIS from April 2025!
Camp 3: JINIS Camp Classic
Dates: July 21st (Sunday) to August 3rd (Saturday)
Age Group: 1st to 4th grade (As of April 2024)
A perennially popular camp with a waiting list every year, JINIS Camp Classic offers an English-based inquiry program. Participants can engage with sports instructors from the United Sports Foundation, enjoy beach activities in the Seto Inland Sea, and create lifelong memories through experiences like visiting Hiroshima's Miyajima and Zen meditation at temples.
On the last day of each camp, participants have the opportunity to undergo an admission assessment for JINIS (Jinseki International School). Limited slots are available, so please contact our admissions office for details.
Many participants planning to join the Summer School also express interest in school tours. JINIS welcomes school visits throughout the year. Feel free to get in touch with us!
