How can I pay the participation fee?

Accepted Answer

■The registration fee (80,000 yen) can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

■Participation fees, excluding registration fees, must be paid by bank transfer.
We will send you an invoice (PDF) by email. Please check the details and transfer the payment to the specified account by the due date.
*If you wish to pay the participation fee including the registration fee in one lump sum depending on when your participation is confirmed, please pay by bank transfer.

Question 2

I am considering applying to Jinseki International School. Will entrance exams be held during the camp period?

Accepted Answer

We are planning to hold entrance and transfer examinations for Jinseki International School at the Tokyo and Jinseki venues.
Seats are limited, so if you are interested, please contact the Admissions Office by email or via the JINIS contact form (https://jinis.jp/contact/).

Seats have been reserved for those who have already applied.

Question 3

Will the participation fee (including registration fee) be refunded if I cancel due to various circumstances?

Accepted Answer

Participation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been made.
In the event of a Camp cancellation by the Camp Organisers (excluding cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Camp Organisers), the participation fee will be refunded, excluding the registration fee of ¥80,000.

Question 4

What happens to the participation fee if I join or leave the camp midway?

We do not offer reductions in participation fees for shortened participation periods.

Question 5

When will I receive the preparation guide (packing list, etc.) and documents?

Accepted Answer

Once we have confirmed your participation fee payment, we will send you the necessary documents.
The schedule will be announced by email.

It will be mailed to your registered address.
If you have moved since your pre-registration, or if you live overseas and would like to receive your gift in Japan, please register your latest address when you register your participant information.
